Charles Harder, the lawyer behind Hulk Hogan’s monumental lawsuit that helped destroy the website Gawker, will lead the Trump campaign’s legal battle against former White House official Omarosa Manigault Newman, according to a new report from CNBC.

Manigault Newman has attracted press attention as she promotes her new book Unhinged, which accuses President Donald Trump of being mentally unfit for his role and racist and says that the White House is rife with corruption. The former official, who first worked with Trump as a competitor on his reality show “The Apprentice,” has also begun releasing recordings of private conversations she had with Trump and his associates.

Harder represented Hogan against Gawker when the pro-wrestler sued the website for publishing a sex-tape featuring him. The lawsuit led to the website being shuttered.

The Trump campaign alleges that Manigault Newman broke a non-disclosure agreement and will take her to arbitration to settle the dispute. Manigault Newman says that she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement after leaving the White House, but she refused.
